The ever-fascinating 6.Bg5 Najdorf saw a number of theoretical developments in the past week. Few of you will have missed the spectacular game Berg-Vachier-Lagrave (in Gibraltar), which started with 6.Bg5 e6 7.f4 h6 8.Bh4 Qb6 (the Delayed, or Improved Poisoned Pawn). In fact the very same line was repeated just three days later in Bobras-Maksimenko, in the Bundesliga.
